1. Booking and Payment:

  • Payment must be made in the USD currency and through approved payment methods.
  • Payments made through our website are processed securely using industry-standard encryption technologies.
  • All payments are subject to verification and authorization by the card issuer or payment provider. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or delay any payment deemed suspicious or fraudulent.
  • Failure to provide payment within the stipulated timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
  • We accept payments via various methods including credit/debit cards, electronic funds transfer, and other methods as specified on our website.

 

2. Acknowledgment of Non-Refundable Policy:

  • Some bookings and transactions made through our platform are non-refundable. This means that once the payment is processed and confirmed, it cannot be refunded, cancelled, or modified, regardless of the circumstances. Non-refundable bookings typically include but are not limited to: 
    • Advance purchase tickets (e.g., flights, train tickets)
    • Prepaid hotel reservations
    • Tour packages with specific cancellation policies
    • Special promotions or discounted rates with strict terms

The Client expressly authorizes the Agency to deduct any cancellation fees from any amounts the Client has on deposit with the Agency.
  • Requests for cancellations and refunds must be made in writing to the Agency, and any applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the service provider.

 

4. Dispute Resolution:

  • In the event of any dispute regarding charges, the Client agrees to first contact the Agency to attempt to resolve the issue in good faith.
  • The Client agrees not to initiate any chargebacks or disputes with their credit card issuer or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with the Agency.
  • Chargebacks and disputes initiated without prior communication with the Agency may result in additional fees and legal action to recover the disputed amount.

 

5. Liability and Indemnity:

  • The Agency acts as an intermediary between the Client and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies.
  • We are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of delays, cancellations, or disruptions to travel services beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and tour operators.
  • The Agency shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay resulting from acts or omissions of third-party service providers, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond its control.
  • The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Agency harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Client's use of the Agency's services.

 

6. Privacy:

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your information. By using this website or making a payment, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.


 7. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

  • The Agency reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The Client is responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions periodically for any changes.
  • Continued use of the Agency's services after modifications to the terms and conditions shall constitute acceptance of the modified terms.

 

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts of the State of Minnesota. By using the services provided by the Agency, Clients agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the Minnesota State courts.

By engaging the services of the Agency, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
